We’ll do our best to make sure all merchandises sent are in good conditions. All items sold are Non Refundable and exchangeable.

  • If you receive a defective items, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the items to be eligible for return/replacement.
  • Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged items to us will be reimbursed.
  • We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning defective/damaged items  for replacement.
  • We will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note based on the appropriate situations.
