Shipping Delivery

Shipping will be completed within 24 hours upon the confirmation of the payment receipt for normal working days.
For orders which payment is made before 12 AM will be send on the next day.
I'll do my very best to send the parcle out on the same day because I know that you are waiting to receive the diapers too :)
For the normal delivery packages - Pos Laju will be used as the courier services
For heavier packages (above 3kg) - Kangaroo Express will be used
There will be no shipment on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday, Sat and Sunday will send on the next working day.
For West Malaysia orders, we only charge RM6.00 for any orders and combined shipping using Kangaroo Express OR Pos Laju courier services. The delivery time is usually 1 for major cities and 2-3 days for outskirts. If the item is more than 1 kg, there will be an additional RM 1 per kg.
For East Malaysia orders, a flat rate of RM 9.00 will be charged for all orders and combined shipping using Pos Malaysia or Post Laju courier services. The delivery time is usually 1-3 days to Sarawak & Sabah. If the item is more than 1 kg, there will be an additional RM 5 per additional kg.
For Diaper packages, you will be entitled for FREE SHIPPING for the package which weights within 1 kg.
For orders such as legging, socks and small FLAT items, can be send using pos express. please check with us.

International Shipping

Please send us an email to quote for international shipping cost. We will be sending it via Pos Laju / EMS

How to do I know when my package is shipped ?

When you received the email noting that your items has been "Shipped" it means that it has been send or pick up by the courier. It will take around 1 -2 days for citi delivery and up to 4-5 days if it is being shipped using Pos Malaysia. Please log into your account to find out the tracking ID and use the link above to find the status of your parcel.

How to find your tracking ID ?

1) You need to log into your account
2) Go to My Accounts
3) Go to View Orders Status
